I currently have a 05 Chevy Malibu ls v6. I have put so much money in this car and it just keeps messing up.It only has 35000 miles.
I have found a 05 Altima 2.5S with 55000 miles for 10500. i am thinking about trading.
Any one have problems out of the Altima?
steering column steering shaft both head light assemblys cd player 2 times dome light and starter need i say more?
 
no, but I have a Maxima and trust me bro, money goes into cars no matter what kind.
 
Jump on that altima. I have a 02 and have spent nothing on it. Even changed the headlight bulb with a shorty screwdriver in 5 min without touching anything else except the windshield washer tank. HOWEVER;

They did have a few non critcal recalls one involved the headlight buckets. THEN; Have heard some problems with timing chains which were a disaster and they have a pre=cat which can disintegrate and get sucked into the engine. Both rare events.
 
the only problem I know of first hand with the Altima is that the entire bumper cover has to be removed to change the headlights. 3 hours labor for a $15 bulb.
 
Dude, I put hours into researching the best cars. And trust me .. the 05 Altima is an amazing deal for 10,000 one of them things is worth 13,000 anywhere else. TRADE. DEFINATLY.
