2006 Infiniti G35 Brake Squeak right as car stops?

Still cant figure this out; right when my car stops my brakes make a loud squeak. This noise started when I had the stock 19inch wheels put back on. The interesting part is if I drive for over 30 mins and the brakes are hot the noise is about 95% gone. (None of this happened with the aftermarket 18 inch wheels I had on for the winter) What could this be? Any Solution? The Infiniti Dealership thinks it could be the aftermarket pads because I didn't buy "Infiniti" brake pads....Please Help!

G35's have a well known common problem with the stock rotors in the front. They wear down and a high ridge forms on the outer edges of the rotor. To get rid of your noise I would recommend going to Advance Auto and purchase the Wearever cheap rotors but make sure to buy either the platinum or gold series brake pads. Cheap pads cause noise and rotor warp.
