2006 Lexus LS 430 GPS without Text-To-Speech?

Just bought a used Lexus LS 430, and very surprised that its GPS doesn't have text-to-speech function at all, it can't pronounce the street name as most modern GPS do, I wonder if the new update (Gen 4, V9) has any extra feature?
