Im looking for a car with good gas mileage that can occasionally tow my 17 foot boat (fiberglass, 4 cyl I/O motor)- cant be more than 2500 pounds, probably close to 2000. I have found a GREAT deal on a '06 V50 with 80k... Anybody have experience towing anything with this car? I know that its not AWD, slippery ramps could be a bit of an issue, but towing on the road- what do you think?
PS- a '06 S40 wouldnt be any better for towing, correct?
