2007 Honda Rebel adjustments?

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Rebel. I was not able to ride the bike before I purchased it, but I have discovered that I am too tall for the bike. When I rode the bike, I noticed that when I turned the bike, The handlebars will hit my knees. I am wondering if the 2007 Honda Rebel's handlebars can be adjusted in height or not? I bought the bike because I am a novice motorcyclist, I did not want a huge bike because of the weight. I wanted something I would be able to pick up if I managed to drop it while I was learning how to ride.

What options do I have? Do I need to buy a bigger bike?
