2008 Acura TSX Rims recommendations?

hello all, i have the stock rims now. it is a white car.

I am thinking about getting black rims with a chrome lip. I just want it to look really good. here are my questions:

1) What size? (so the ride quality doesn't deteriorate too much and they look good)
2) How wide?
3) Should I get my car lowered?

any other inputs would be appreciated too. This is my first car and first time getting rims so I am pretty clueless.
