2009 Chevrolet Malibu won't accelerate after stopping at a stoplight?

It only does it once and a while. It will do it in stop and go traffic. (i.e.-stopping at a stoplight, stopping to let someone turn.)

Took it to the dealer and they couldn't find a problem. I cannot tell weather it dies or not because it runs so quiet. There is no indicator light that comes on.

By The Way- It is a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. It is only about 3 months old and it has been to the shop 4 times. There was a recall on the Malibus but not for that reason. If anyone is thinking of buying a Malibu, I don't recommend it. I recommend a Chevrolet Impala or a Chevrolet Cobalt

I recommend that you contact GM and fill them in on your problem?
This could be something that they might need too know about.
In any case they will tell you your legal options, and you might
want to flex you consumer muscle and ask that they allow you to trade into another Malibu.
They are desperate too keep there Customers.
