Probably twenty-ten as that is what they call it on the news/in the media etc. Although I'll probably still say two thousand and ten at some point.

Back in the 20th century, people said nineteen-forties etc, so it makes sense and it's PC to say twenty-ten.

Haven't really thought about it.

I'll cross that bridge when i come to it. Although 2012 will be Twenty-Twelve, the Olympics has made that decision for me.
