250,000 miles on Mercedes-benz 190e. 2.3 bad?

my mom wants to buy this used car but it has 250,000 miles on it, is that bad or can this car hold alot more miles?
 
They can certainly hit and exceed 300,000 miles but just depends on the previous owner/s.

If she is going to buy it then I would have a good look at the service history, even with these miles, they have been very reliable cars for many more years but only if they have been looked after properly.
