I think the best predictions so far is that Two-Face is still alive, The Joker is locked up and in an asylum and is not going to be a part of the movie, and the Riddler is the new villian. Gotham learns that they need to accept Batman for who he is, and he will not have to keep running anymore.
Johnny Depp as the Riddler sounds good btw.
