I have recently moved to Australia from NZ. Back home only the front two wheels change direction so its not really a hassle to push one (unless its full). However after going to the supermarket here, i've ended up with trolleys that go in all directions including sideways quite frequently, they are almost impossible to steer, and i watch many older and younger people struggling to navigate them in a straight line. What is up with the trolleys here? Is it only NZ that has common sense trolleys, or is it only Australia that has idiotic ones? Does anyone know why they have done this dis-service to the public? Its not just one store, its every single trolley in Australia! Is there some law about being able to use a trolley that works properly that i don't know about?? Help!
I'm seriously thinking of becoming a trolley killer!
