...scabby-like she whined when i cheked it:(? Is she okay??? :((( She keeps tilting her head to one side...:( and when i threw her plush toy...she dident go after it she just looked at it...and shes just lid down now...:(((

Could be an ear infection, A ripped ear that is infected. You should get to the vet and have it properly checked as the dog obviously is in pain.
