I have 9.8% body fat and my BMI is 22.8! I eat 5 meals a day! I exercise a lot! I go to the gym 3 times a week and I do cardio every day! I was wondering how much" Fat, Protein, and Carbohydrates" should I be eating daily? I use whole wheat bread as a complex carb but I was wondering if you had any better ideas than whole wheat bread because I hear it has starch?
