75hz monitor + v-sync enabled in game,, will i get 75fps?

hi,, on my 22inch 1080p monitor,, its only 60hz,, if it was 75hz,, and i enabled v-sync, will i get 75 fps. if the game is set at cg_maxfps 75. ?? thanks
