89 chev truck problem?

last week the front hub went and makes a gringing noise. how much should this cost to fix? its a 4x4 k1500. driver side hub.
 
It could be a few things takes causing the noise. Like your brake pads are your bearings could have went out, if it's one of these it want cost much to fix. If it's the hub itself i'm not sure what it would cost to fix.
