8gb memory stick kingston doesn't work,when opening it is written cant find

recycler/kog7.jpg? Well i have a 8g memory stick from kingston and i have a problem,always when opening comes a note that it can't because the file RECYCLER\kog7.jpg is missing. Can anybody help me please thanks.=)
