...turned off.? i've replaced the fuel filter and relay. it has fuel at the rail. sputters when shot with starting fluid, so i assume it has spark. the pump runs 2-3 seconds when key is turned on and continues to run 10 -15 seconds after cranking and key is off. i don't know what to look for next.
