The steering wheel in my boyfriends car has been shaking a little bit but not horribly. He already checked the balence and he's not sure what else could be wrong. He really noticed it on the freeway. The tires are new but he put like 20in rims on it. Anyone hav any ideas what it could be? And how bad it would be to fix? Thank you.
