98 or 2000 chevy malibu....ciggie lighter and power sunroof not working? Fuses maybe?

The owners manuel didnt come with the car. I think it is a 2000, but we also looked at a 98, so since hubby isn't here, I dont remember the year exactly. I noticed neither of the 2 ciggerette lighters work. The power sun roof als oisn't working. May not have worked since we bought the car last week. LOL. Anyone know which fuses to try changing? Also, this car has very little milage, like 32,000 so I'm having a hard time believing the power sunroof motor is burnt out. Please help with links or anything to help me get my car performing to the max. Thannks!!
ok, fuse #34 for the ciggie lighter, but what about power sunroof. Oh, and we own a chevy AND a ford. ;P

It's a sensor in your transmission.

Oh and your low on blinker fluid too...check that out.
