When driving the gas pedal will all of a sudden be non responsive RPM's stay at idle and I pump the gas pedal 5-6 times till it responds then revs to where I pushed the gas down to and works fro another mile or so then does it again. It is now at the worst about 3-4 times per mile. To fix this issue I replaced the TPS about 8 months ago and it worked so when it happened again I just got another one cause it was under warranty. then the same thing happened so I exchanged that one for another one same thing. Weird so I did some research and found possibly the MAP sensor so replaced that didn't fix so returned it. decided to just do a tune up so I did. valve cover, lower and upper intake, plugs, wires, distributer cap, and I through in a air filter for good measure. still same issue. then bought a $60 Crank shaft position sensor same thing. though it could be the battery terminals so cleaned them still same issue. though it could be a faulty fuse so swapped the fuses from other devices like the ac and wipers still no go. I'm out of ideas that is why I'm posting this. All that I have read that could cause it is the cam shaft position sensor that is integrated inside the distributor on my model. $250 bones but I want to make sure it will fix it. anything is helpful.

Parts replaced:
Crankshaft Position sensor
Gaskets
distributor cap
Plugs
Wires
Fuses
air filter
terminal cleaning
TPS
MAP

Thanks
