99 Pontiac is squealing?

I have a 99 Grand Am and their is a squealing sound coming from the front (probably an engine belt or something?) its not really loud as i can hear it only faintly while my car is idling and im inside. When outside my car i can hear it clearly. I am a poor college student student and i am wondering what the problem could possible be and whether its something i can hold off on until summer when i hopefully work again.
 
It is either the power steering belt or the Serpentine belt .They need replacing or tightening. You may be able to do it yourself. the easy solution is to get a can of belt anti squeal and spray them to see if it will help
