im 16 and im fairly skinny, im the epitome of a hardgainer so ive decided to put on a bit of weight, ive just ordered Prolab N-Large 2 because of all the good reviews it has to combine with working out and i just had a few questions..
when would be the best times to take it and how much for optimum weight gain?
also, should i take it with milk or water? bearing in mind milk for extra calories or with water so it will digest easier and hopefully be more effective..
also, will i lose weight if i stop taking it?
