Long ago, I remember watching tv, and seeing a scene featuring a girl in dreary surroundings, her hands were missing and bundles of sticks had been tied to her wrists. Seems like her tongue had been cut out also.
It's such a haunting yet beautifully done scene, but I have absolutely no idea what show/movie it was from, or when I saw it.
