I'm not a heavy anime watcher but I've watched some of the ones with some buzz around them and I want to know some more I should watch.
Ones i've seen:
-Deathnote
-Samurai Champloo (excellent; really loved the Nujabes soundtrack)
-Naruto (Haven't finished; too many fillers)
-Bleach (Haven't finished)
-Cromartie High (Haven't finished)
There are a couple other ones too that I've forgotten. I'd really like ones that are samurai/shinobi oriented and have an element of humor but doesn't have to be. I recently saw the first episode of Shigurui and that was intense. Didn't really like it, it was too dark an anime for my taste. Also, possibly one that I can watch and find on Youtube with subs (not dubs.) Websites where I can watch them would also be preferable.
