hi my easy note starts up to the screen which indicates that it was not shut down properly gives 5 options. safe mode safe mode with networking, safe mode, start windows normally and start last know working order.
click any of the options it starts to load the a blue screen appears for mearly a second and restarts to the option page again, and repeat and repeat.
