I have now had two dreams where my mum has either been killed or has died, and it seems so real, I feel scared and very upset by the situation, I have even cried in my sleep to wake up to tears in my eyes its that bad. I really don't want these dreams to happen. Can anyone help me as to the reason for these dreams cause it is really scary and traumatic.
