A nice russian greeting?

i'm going to this event being hosted my my old russian teacher (i will be starting up again soon). anyways, her daughters will probably be there as well, they are sweet kids (they're 7 and 9) and i would like a nice greeting to say to them, something more personal than a simple ??????.
of course i'm going to be more formal with my old teacher, but i forgot how to say the formal hello.
 
???????????? is the formal way of saying hello in Russian, I think. It's also used to address more than one person.
