A spaceship travels toward the Earth with a speed of .8c.?

The spaceship then fires a missile with a speed of .4c relative to the spaceship. What is the speed of the missile measured by observers on the Earth if the missile is fired toward the Earth?
The answer should come out to be .91c, however, I am not sure how to get there.
A straight forward explanation and work shown would save me! Thanks in advance.
