A stinging behind the left knee and a popping sensation in both legs? What could it

be? I have a stinging sensation behind my left knee and it has been there for about 4 days...also in this time I have developed almost a popping sensation in both of my legs. the popping doesn't hurt but the stinging does...any ideas what it might be?

sounds like the left knee is your anterior cruciate ligament and the popping is probably psychosomatic get the to an orthopedic surgen
