a student hangs wet clothes outdoors on a winter day when the temperature is -15 C. After a few hours, the clothes are found to be fairly dry. describe the phase changes in this drying process.
 
in winters, the humidity decreases drastically(water converts to ice), so any wet surface can get dry easily. As far as the temperature is concerned, it requires time for cloth to get to -15C.(remember water has high heat capacity)
