A website that sends free ringtones directly to my phone?

Does anyone know of a site that can send me free ring tones, like an actual song (seether), and it sends it as a text to my phone? ive tryed myxer.com or something like that, and that sent me a text with a website to go and download it, but i cant get internet on my phone, so that doesnt work. I want a site i can go to that will send the ring tone DIRECTLY to my phone as a text. can anyone help please?

Phonezoo.com. The site sends the ringtone (up to 30 seconds) directly to your phone via picture message.

If it doesnt have the song you want, you can make it using an audio file saved on your computer.
