About Ringtones for Kyocera Rio (for Cricket)?

I am trying to buy a new phone, and I already liked the new Kyocera Rio from Cricket, but I have a problem...
Let's say I have music on my memory card, and I want to set one song as my ringtone, could I do that? Or could I make a ringtone and download it into my phone and then set it, or would I have to buy it on the internet from the phone?

Please help and thanks in advance....
 
I need someone to show me how do you change the ring tones on an kyocera rio
