ABS & SRS lights sometimes come on in my 2001 Honda Civic EX (radio cuts out too)!?

Hello All, I bought a used car from someone about 3 months ago, the car was in great condition, and the carfax was clean for no accidents. Shortly after buying the car one day on the highway, my ABS & SRS lights came on & the radio cut out, as soon I stepped on the break, they went off. It happened twice on the same day after that. Just today it happened a couple of times again. Im really scared that my car is just going to shut off one day on the highway or something scary like that! My brother mentioned something about the wiring under the seats (whoever had it before me put in custom leather seats). But I'm not exactly sure what it could be! I had the alternator & battery tested and everything is perfect, also when I get my oil changes @ Honda, they said everything like brakes & fluid are all perfect. Does someone have some type of idea what this could be? Honda charges 115$ an hour just to LOOK at a car, I can't imagine what they would charge to look at it, let alone fix it!

Thanks for all your help in advance!!

The ABS, SRS and radio have to have a minimum voltage to work, about 10.5. I think the battery voltage is dipping below that. Could be a bad cell in the battery.

I had a Subaru that did this and it was caused by the alternator. However, if you have the original battery, I would replace it. Buy one at a local parts store like autozone, advance, or even Walmart. If that doesn't take care of the problem, a new alternator is probably the next part in line.
