on....safe or not? Okay, so I had a Linda Mc Cartney vegetarian Lasagna cooking in my oven, about mid way through the cooking time.
I stupidly accidently switched the cooker off and relized about ten minutes later and put it back on to finish cooking. So my food cooked half way, stopped cooking for 10 mins (and of course the 4 mins it took the cooker to reach its original heat againn after I switched it back on) and the lasagna is now cooking again.
Will this be safe to eat or have I exposed myself to food poisoning risk by stopping the over for 10-14 mins and then starting again?
Dont want to be stupid but Im afraid of making myself ill.
