hi i ave a acer aspire 8920g with blu ray now it reads most discs fine but on some discs it just wont see them at all the laptop tries to read them but just makes a loud noise for five Min's then gives up has anyone else this problem i have contacted acer uk Support and they are no use all they say is restore the machine but i have done that so many times with this laptop wish i never got it now!
