the label on this popcorn says that one bag of this popcorn unpopped has 20% fat and 10% saturated fat but when the popcorn is popped the fat decreases to 3% and 2% saturated fat.
I think they may have messed up the fat content because popcorn dosent have fat so all the fat that comes from this popcorn is from the butter so how does it drop from 20% to 2% just because the popcorn popped? the butter dosent disappear!!! there is no chemical reaction in the butter the butter is still there....
How can this great tasting popcorn with a lot of butter only have 30 calories and 3% fat and 2% saturated fat?
please help me because i love this popcorn but im also on a diet i think this popcorn might mess up my diet...
