I'm an ex gamer. I haven't played a game in over 5 months, it used to eat up my time, I didn't have any friends and I wasn't really very happy.

Then I quit, i got friends, I go out to parties and gigs. But the majority of my time is spent at home still, i sit in front of this computer and do basically nothing, mostly i just sit on msn.. I browse the internet for hours and hours. I train in swimming for 15 hours per week - and when i get home i just sit on the computer. I don't even do homework at home, just in school..

Don't know how to quit this..i only tend to go on a night out every 2 weeks or so, and i dont know what to do with my friends other than just going out at night, or going to the cinema one day.

help ;(

you are good enough to justify what you like and don't like , so be happy and enjoy life.

I think that you are addicted to the internet and it is very unhealthy. You should be more interactive with friends and family- a lack of interaction could lead to being depressed. Maybe you should find hobbies that you would enjoy instead of being on the internet.
