Adding Ringtones for the Razr Ve20 from my sounds?

I have a motorazr ve20, just got it a little while ago. (Note: I had an older phone before with no bluetooth or anything so I'm new to all of this) I don't have an sd card yet, and I dont have a USB cable.

However I have used myxer.com to send ringtones to my phone.
Problem is that when i save the audio (only option is to "Save object (audio)") it sends it to my sounds automatically, and I have no idea how to get it into my ringtones so I can use it.

If your phone has Voice Record or Voice Memo and you don't care about the quality, record the song you want and then you should be able to set it as ringtone. It could be a pain in the ass to go through all that process but better than nothing. But, first you might wanna Google to see if your phone can do individual ringtones.
