Do they make shocks that will automatically adjust for road conditions? I have a 2wd Nissan Frontier pickup. It rides well, like a truck. I'd like a shock that gives a smoother ride on highway but will adjust for a stiffer ride off road. I'm sure these are available I just wasn't sure.
