Is there a way of focusing on a person and blurring out the background ON A RECORDED CLIP as if you were using 'macro focus' on a camera.
remember the video is already recorded and i cant redo it. so I NEED
some sort of effect or technique to blur out the background and focus on a person.
and i dont think the blur or sharpen effect will work.
