Advice from fellow lesbians/bisexuals?

I find the best time for finding someone is when you stop looking for them. When the time is right, someone will be there.
 
I am sixteen years old and over the last few months I have realised I am attracted to women. But I'm kina confused. Like I don't know how to get into a relationship, as I have never been in ANY relationship before. And my parents are EXTREMELY homophobic, I know I'm too young for a 'serious' life commitment partner but I thought having a partner might help me come to terms with who I am and they might help me 'come out' to my parents/friends. Do you have any good advice?
