I always go to the afghan restaurants in ny such as bakhtar, kabul kebab, etc and i am addicted to the white sauce. Can any one please tell me the recipe. I have tried recipes online and it never comes out the same. I also wanted to know while mixing the ingredients can i use a blender or should i use a whisk? If any chef knows the recipe please let me know
