Afraid of driving with an instructor?

I have my first driving hour tomorrow and I'm afraid. It might sound funny, but i go to the bathroom a lot. (Number 1) I am definatley gunna go to the bathroom the second before I drive, but what do I do if I have to go really bad while driving. It would be sooooo embaressing im I pissed myself. Please give me helpful hints on how to prevent this from happening. Thanks!
