After graduating High School im interested in joing U.S. Army or Navy etc.?

Yeah but my question is which one is the best to join?, I know I don't want to join the marines but I want to join something that has nothing to do with being underwater for 6 months like submarine, I like something that can make you a better human being physically and mentally also that pays good money help? advice? thankss
