After I modded my GTASA, It start well but it crash after I restart my PC?

I added some mods and then the game starts very well and all the mods are working. However if I ever turn off or restart my computer, the game will crash after the Intro. And I will have to reinstall the game and mods again. Please tell me why it happens. Thx
