...$2K to fix. Is that right? The dealer says that they need to replace the entire airbag assembly, which is why it will be so expensive. This seems like a drastic solution to me since it could just be a single bad electrical connection somewhere. What other options might have to fix this?
 
I certainly can't blame you for being a little skeptical about this diagnosis...get a second opinion.
