AKO account password change for future soldier without CAC?

I'm a future soldier right now and I don't ship out until May 27. I was recently advised to change my password of my own instead of using the generic one that was given to me. I did this and now that password is only good for 7 days. You can apparently only change you password a few times using the 7 day password change.

I don't have any type of ID card or a CAC...so does anyone know how to make a permanent password change without a CAC?

There isn't any other way. Call the AKO Help desk and explain to them the situation. They will tell you what to do so that you can change your password without the CAC card. Passwords for AKO are only good for so long so you will more than likely change it at least once more before you actually go to BCT.
