I pay monthly for an Alltel phone warranty. I have the LG AX8600 which they no longer offer. My phone has started malfunctioning and I want to replace it. How do I know which phones I can choose from as a replacement, etc? I would appreciate it if someone who has dealt with this situation could reply. If I get a "nicer" phone, can I pay the difference? I'm just trying to figure out what I need to do. I want to check out reviews of "available" trade options before going to the Alltel retailer and I don't know how to figure out what I could get in place of my phone.
