Alternatives to Rogers for Cable ISP in Toronto?

Are there any alternatives to Rogers for Cable ISP in Toronto Ontario? There's a billion different DSL providers, but since Bell refuses to replace the decrepit phone lines in my area it won't matter which one of those I sign up for.

I'd like to find a quality, reasonably price alternative to DSL. So far Cable seems to be the best choice but Rogers is the only one I can find and are a little pricey. Are there any others?
 
I would visit DSLReports and input your postal code to see what others in your area are using and the speeds they are getting...

Also there are decent forums for the various ISP to check with others using the service...
