not exactly otome, but love these and would totally recommend it to people who like otome games. (start with choice of romance ;) )

When I click Free and then download file it puts me on another link and just stop...

I don't think that can be done, I've never seen one of the ChoiceofGames uploaded like that. I think the engine or wahtever they use makes it impossible. Altho, tbh, their free games are higher quality then the paid ones. I played through Heroes Rise (brought it on ipod) and you're railroaded into everything. No real choices or replayability.
 
This may be a long shot, but does anyone have the Yuri no Yume series? The publisher unsurprisingly died and it vanished off the internet. Well, it's on DLsite, but that's like being dead in a nice hat.

1) Download the demo version of Duplicity.

3) Then, extract the folder using 7Zip or Winrar
4) Replace the items from the folders of (2) into the demo version of Duplicity.
5) Enjoy! I hope it works lol.

*note* I haven't actually played the game by doing this yet, but when I entered the game it says that I have purchased the game so I am assuming that this method works.

Speaking of choice of games, I love it too, and it really would be awesome if in a way or another someone could upload its gam as with the other otome games, even if it seems impossibile because it works in a different way. :( I also wrote an email to the creators of the site begging them to make also free games as in the past, but... xD They didn't listen to me.
